We act as controller for the ProjectForge platform and related websites.
2. What data we process
Account and contact details, organization data, usage data, billing data, and project content you or your team enter in the app.
On the website we process data you provide and technical data for security and operation.
3. Purposes
Contract performance (SaaS), support, security, improvement, legal obligations, and — with consent — product communication.
4. Retention
We retain data no longer than necessary unless legal retention applies. After subscription ends you may request export; deletion follows our policy.
5. Third parties
We share data only with subprocessors needed for hosting, email, payments (Mollie) or support. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
